jennifer Hudson is continuing her triumphant comeback by hitting the road this spring.
Kicking off April 2 in Philadelphia, the Oscar and Grammy winner will co-headline a five-week nationwide wide tour with singer Robin Thicke. "I am so grateful — my first Grammy and my first tour. It doesn't get better than that," Hudson tells People.
The tour will make stops in Baltimore, Washington, D.C, New York City, Detroit, Atlanta, Memphis, St. Louis, Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Dallas before wrapping up May 8 in Houston.
Before giving an emotional performance of "You Pulled Me Through" at Sunday's Grammys, Hudson picked up her first Grammy Award for R&B Album and thanked her family. Her mother, brother, and nephew were killed last year.
"Thank God, who brought me through," she said. "I'd like to thank my family in heaven — and those who are here today."
