Making the most of a Valentine’s Day spent away from her family, Heidi Klum was on-hand for the 2009 Mercedes Benz Fashion Week festivities in New York City on Saturday (February 14).
The Victoria’s Secret beauty checked out the styles at the Barbie Fall 2009 runway fashion show, later grabbing a solo bite to eat the Waverly Inn before heading back to her hotel.

In related news, Heidi’s recent appearance posing nude on the cover of GQ magazine has surprisingly led to a bit of criticism from Euro fashionistas - as designer Wolfganf Joop said, “Heidi Klum is no runway model. She is simply too heavy and has too big a bust. And she always grins so stupidly. That is not avant-garde - that is commercial!”
Echoing similarly harsh sentiments, top fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld said: “I don’t know Heidi Klum. She was never known in France. Claudia Schiffer also doesn’t know who she is.”
