Today is the day Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will officially become husband and wife today (April 25), and last night they were spotted getting everything ready for their swanky rehearsal dinner.

The “Hills” hotties hung out in the Penthouse Suite at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, primping and being pampered ahead of the night’s festivities. Heidi’s hair was handled by John Francis just before she slipped on a little black dress and headed downstairs.
